| Meet Our Director Kim has been a barbershopper all her life. As the daughter of PHC founder, Gail, and barbershop dad Don, Kim simply grew up in the barbershop world. After years of chorus experience as an excellent baritone, Kim became chorus director in 1995. Kim is energetic, friendly and has a natural feel for the barbershop style of harmony. |
| Meet Our Quartets |
| Now and Then Now and Then has been performing since 1984. A name change and a few personnel changes didn't stop this quartet. With over 100 years combined Sweet Adeline experience, Kim, Avis, Jane and Gail have sung on many Sweet Adelines stages, and at countless afterglows throughout Region 11. Kim sings lead, and is PHC Chorus Director; Tenor, Avis , is chorus treasurer and handles financial operations of Region 11; Jane sings bass, and Gail, PHC founder and Associate Director, sings baritone. Now and Then loves to perform, and is available to sing most weekends and evenings. Performance packages highlight jazz, country, gospel and romance. Don't miss their comic opera number! | Four of Hearts Singing for love of the barbershop sound, 4 of Hearts came together as a quartet in 2001. A 22-year member of Sweet Adelines, Debbie sings tenor and is a Customer Service Representative for the Atascadero Mutual Water Company. Only a 2-year member of Sweet Adelines, Sandra sings lead and is an Administrative Assistant at Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant. A member of Sweet Adelines for a whopping 28 years, Jeanne sings baritone, and is the baritone Section Leader of the chorus. Marguerite has sung bass for all of her 13 Sweet Adeline years, and is a retired business owner. This quartet will sing for Love or Money because 4 of Hearts sings from their hearts! |
