JUNE 12, 2004:    Willow Creek Olive Ranch in Paso Robles!!  We visit a family owned and operated olive ranch (45 acres!) and have a tour of the olive press operation and have a professional olive oil tasting session!!!   Thanks to Carol Scott for recommending this meeting location!  Our contact at Willow Creek is Joeli Yaguda.   Please bring folding chairs to this meeting.   8530 Vineyard Dr., Paso Robles.  Refreshments: R through Z please.

JUNE 18-20, 2004:  Festival of Fruit!!  This is the annual meeting of CRFG and will be held on the campus of Cal Poly Pomona.  It is the “YEAR OF THE BERRY” and you are invited to attend this special event.  Saturday is the big day.  Check out the CRFG website for details, registration form, and program!!!     Let’s all go this year!!!

JULY 10, 1004: John Swift!!  A long time friend of CRFG in Cark Canyon, near Los Osos.  He grows “rare fruit” for a living!!!  He is an expert at growing a wide variety of fruits and vegetables.    His specialty? Feijoa!!  He recently was featured in a story in the SLO Tribune!!!  3698 Clark Valley Rd. Los Osos. More details to follow.   Refreshments:  A through H please!!
